QuickGeocodes allows users to quickly and easily upload address data for point mapping. At a minimum, address data must include a street address and a zip code and be saved in an Excel or CSV (Comma Separated Values) file format type.
QuickGeocodes automatically create informational boxes (a.k.a. 'Tooltips') that 'pop-up' when you flyover the mapped location with a mouse cursor. The content of Tooltips is determined by selecting data fields of your spreadsheet listed in checkboxes to the right of the displayed map. Tooltips can be placed on the map by clicking the mouse.
Tooltips can be expanded to include more data fields simply by adding columns to your spreadsheet, selecting the data, copying, and pasting into the Data Tab.
QuickGeocodes also allows you to group locations on the map based on any spreadsheet variable (Column Label) using a different color to represent each category. If the number of records (rows) of your spreadsheet exceeds 200, you will need to upgrade to QuickGeocodes PRO by contacting info@HealthLandscape.org
Free QuickGeocodes is limited to 200 rows (or addresses), and 10 columns of data. To geocodes larger files, upgrade to QuickGeocodes PRO by contacting HealthLandscape via email to info@HealthLandscape.org or call 513.322.5141 for more information and assistance.
