HealthLandscape is a tool that brings together varied sources of health-related information to answer your questions about health and healthcare. You can:

This tool will appeal to physicians and other providers, residency programs, policy-makers, advocates, community leaders, and to patients. As HealthLandscape grows, new clinic and community data will be added , so please return to the site to explore new mapping opportunities. Also, contact us if you are interested in adding data from your clinic (stored securely and available only to site administrators and you) or your community to this site for mapping.
